Are you Doctors?

No. We are not Doctors, we are Pharmacists and strongly recommend consulting a Medical Doctor regarding any health concern. We strictly provide pharmaceutical services.

Can I call and talk to a Pharmacist instead of text chat?

Yes. We have provisions for audio and video chat with our Pharmacists. However, while the 30-minutes text chat is free, audio and video consultation is a paid service.

Do you deliver prescription drugs?

Yes, we do. However, we need to see a prescription obtained from a Doctor before we can deliver prescription drugs.

How authentic are the medications you deliver?

We are dedicated to delivering only quality and authentic medications. To achieve this, we have partnered with only pharmacies that are fully licensed and regulated by the Pharmacists’ Council of Nigeria. (PCN), as well as agencies regulating products.

When can I place orders?

Orders can be placed at any time of the day using any of our platforms.

Can I order for a family member?

Yes. However, indicate who the drug is for as this information is important for your database and can help us provide professional recommendations.

How do I place my order?

Orders can be placed using our WhatsApp platform or our Website/App. However, we strongly recommend using our Website and Mobile App due to its multi-functionality such as Geriatric care, Auto-Refill, Refill reminder, Drug usage reminder, Order Tracking, Seamless payment, etc.

Is it safe to order online from your website?

We are confident to say definitely Yes. We are dedicated to delivering only quality and authentic medications, which is why we have workforce of qualified and fully licensed Pharmacists who work for eMedicStore and also, we partner with fully licensed pharmacy stores to ensure you get the best value for your money.

Can I cancel/edit my order?

Yes, you can cancel or edit your order. However, once an order has been paid for, it will be locked and you will be UNABLE to edit or cancel your order.

What areas do you serve?

We currently deliver within Lagos State, however, we have special provisions for delivery outside Lagos while we are working to expand our service area.

Generic brands

Depending on the nature of your specific request, our Pharmacists can provide a generic brand of your medications ONLY if your prescription or request was not Brand specific and you would be informed prior to the order being processed.

Can I get fixed prices on Medications here?

No. The prices of medications generally vary depending on several factors such as brand, geographical location, batch number, regulations and suppliers. However, by virtue of our partnerships with certified drugstores and licensed manufacturers, we assure you of the best possible price.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made on eMedicStore using a variety of payment options via PayStack such as Bank Transfer, USSD or your ATM Card.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Your information is secured. Patient and medication data especially prescription data and history is securely stored for pharmaceutical regulation purposes and third party access to this information is under strict control see privacy policy

What are the delivery prices?

The delivery prices differ and depends on the location of delivery.

Do you offer free delivery?

No. The cost of delivery is included in your order invoice with the cost depending largely on your location. We assure customers of the best delivery rate.

What is your average delivery time?

Our delivery speed depends largely on the type of medication ordered for, the delivery location and the time the order was confirmed. Generally, we deliver in less than 12 hours, however, orders made after 5 PM are processed for next day delivery.

What can I do if I cannot find a product I need on your website?

Though we constantly update all our products on our website. If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please feel free to reach us via all our platforms to enquire about the particular product or brand or range. We will prioritize it, just for your convenience.

What happens when the drug I ordered does not work?

If after three days of taking medications, you do not see any improvement, please contact your Doctor.
