Quality Policy Statement

eMedicStore Pharmaceutical Technologies Limited (herein referred to as eMedicStore) is an online Pharmacy store pla1orm commi2ed to providing safe distribu9on and delivery of quality medica9on to Nigeria’s teeming popula9on, this is a fundamental element of our Company’s Purpose and Mission.

In order to meet this commitment, eMedicStore maintains a quality-focused culture to ensure the utmost priority is placed on the safety, quality and reliability of the products we deliver to our customers, the quality of staff suppor9ng the realiza9on of this goal, and holding our Partner Pharmacies to the highest-level of quality standards.

eMedicStore is operated, managed and regulated by Pharmacists’ who are Fully Licensed by The Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN).

All Partner Pharmacies are fully licensed to operate by Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN) and Pharmacists working with them are also licensed by Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN).

All products are reviewed to ascertain that they are properly approved and regulated by appropriate Na9onal Regulatory Agencies such as “The Na;onal Agency for Food and Drug Administra;on and Control (NAFDAC)”, “Standards Organisa;on of Nigeria (SON)” in order to ensure the safety and authen9city of all products delivered to our esteemed customers.

We request duly signed and valid prescrip9on for all orders containing prescrip9on medica9ons. In addi9on, we go extra length in some cases to further validate the legi9macy and authen9city of such prescrip9ons via directly reaching out to the hospital or physician before the order is approved and processed by our Pharmacists.

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and exceed their expecta9ons, and equally ensure their safety.

We are commi2ed to con9nuous improvement, and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

All our Pharmacists, Suppor9ng Staffs and Field Agents have the requisite cer9fica9ons, educa9on, skills, training and experience to properly carry out their work competently, in accordance with applicable regula9ons, policies and Standard Opera9ng Procedures (SOP) of eMedicStore.

Records, data and documents are managed in line with applicable regula9ons. Processes for escala9ng issues to ensure product integrity and consumer safety are in place and consistently used.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer sa9sfac9on and con9nuous improvement throughout our business:

  • Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
  • A standard customer complaints procedure
  • Carefully regulated elec9on and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria of quality standards.
  • Training and development for our employees
  • Regular audit of our internal processes
  • Measurable quality objec9ves which reflect our business aims
  • Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints
