However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason such as defects or damages, you may return it to us for a full refund/ replacement for the same product. All returns must be sent back for refund/replacement within three days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Disclaimer: eMedicStore ensures that all products dispatched are in good condition and as such will not be liable for any damage to products that occurs beyond the point after which they have been delivered.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to notify us of the reason(s) for returning the purchased item(s). After which you will be directed on how to proceed with returning the item(s) purchased.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return and replacement charges and delivery back to you. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable logistics company for your return in order to avoid other damages or defect to the products purchased in the course of returning the goods.
After receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/replace. Please note that it will take at least three (3) - seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return/replacement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
